myCompass by Black Dog Institute
A free, interactive online program to help manage mild-to-moderate depression, anxiety, and stress. Includes self-assessments and personalised skill-building modules.

Mindarma
Psychological Resilience Training
Evidence-based digital training that helps healthcare workers build mental resilience, self-compassion, and adaptive thinking. Used by NSW Health and emergency services.
Note: Paid access, but bulk/organisational use often subsidised.

MoodMission
An Australian app that suggests evidence-based “missions” (coping strategies) based on how you're feeling, grounded in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

This Way Up
A suite of online CBT-based self-help courses for mental health. Offers free access for many Australians through GP or self-referral. Topics include stress, insomnia, anxiety, and mindfulness.

The Check-In (by Beyond Blue)
An app designed to help people have conversations with friends or colleagues who may be struggling, with guides and role-play support.
 

Open Arms
Self-Help Tools (for veterans and health workers)
While designed for veterans, many modules (mindfulness, stress management, anger, etc.) are useful for nurses and healthcare.
